Great camera with some set backs3
This camera does take great pictures. These days the cameras are very easy to operate with all of the auto settings and advanced face detection and scene recognition – it’s hard to mess up a shot. This camera is no exception and makes the user feel like a pro when taking pictures. However, here are some things to think about when buying this camera:
1) The controls are on the right rear side of the camera. In particular the W/T buttons and the directional pad/button – the W button is hard to press and the left side of the dpad as well. For some reason they are right up against the right side of the 3″ screen which causes a problem and you have to either reposition your finger or use your nail to press the buttons I mentioned. No, I don’t have large fingers – it is just a design flaw. The buttons are set below the screen – if they were raised there would not be a problem. If you really want to see what I mean look at the pictures here on Amazon and zoom in on the back panel picture. Something I never noticed before but the directional button even has a part of the 3″ LCD frame cut out because it is so close to the button. See for yourself….

Easy to use, fantastic photos5
I previously owned the Sony T500 because our family needs a camera that can take HD video, but also great photos in one package. I recently upgraded my personal camera and was going to hand down the T500 to my wife, but she did not like the all touchscreen controls. She prefers physical dials and buttons. So I sold off that camera and went in search of one with similar or better features that would be easy to use….

Let me take a moment to gush over my T905
I’ve had this camera since Tuesday and it’s Friday and I’m still amazed. I’ve spent hours trying to learn my way around the menu, taking pictures, recording videos. I previously owned the Sony W150, but I upgraded for something much smaller. I’ve used the Panasonic Lumix and I’ve tried different Canon cameras, but the T90 takes the cake. This camera is sleek! The black casing is sexy :). I’ve tried all the Rec modes, except landscape. I still need to try the 6 scene selection modes. Overall, The photos are beautiful. The intelligent scene recognition mode is truly amazing. I tried to simulate several scenes in my living room/ kitchen with the windows open or closed, lights on or off. The camera was able to clearly identify the scene, backlight, or even when I simply desired to take a macro shot of my fingers to see all the wrinkles(unbelievable what scene recognition does)! As of now, I am happy and I have no regrets with my purchase.

Very cool camera4
The pictures from this camera are very clear, and the touch screen is a nice feature. The one thing I would recommend is that you buy memory, as the internal memory in the camera is extremely low.The high resolution of the pictures take up a lot of space. This camera is very tiny so I could see how some people complained about the touch screen but I have normal sized fingers and got the hang of it quickly. The camera is slightly larger than a Motorola razor, is very thin and ultra portable, but it seems that a drop could demolish it. But all things aside I am very pleased with it. if you are looking for something that can take abuse try the Olympus stylus tough 8000 I hear that it can take abuse like a UFC fighter. The Sony how ever has excellent picture quality, and is very easy to use and carry around. I gave it four stars because it does not seem like it could survive abuse, so I would not recommend this for a child. But if you would like a cool high resolution camera with a good lens and lots of little practical design features for under 300 dollars this is great.

Sony cameras for life!5
I wasn’t sure about taking the plunge, but I am so glad that I did! I did 6 months of extensive research for this camera, as I was scared that nothing could replace my old Sony. Almost 5 years ago, we purchased a Sony Super Steady Shot (5.1 mega pixels, was over $500 at the time) when we had our 1st baby. Sticker shock aside, I have no regrets purchasing that camera, as it has given me professional quality pictures of my family that I treasure. Fast forward 4 years, now I have 2 very active little boys and the old camera is showing its age. The shutter speed is seriously lagging and the old camera just can’t keep up with our busy boys.

works for what I needed4
I bought this camera on an impulse. I went home for a week and had two graduations and a wedding to go to. After trying to take pictures at the first graduation I realized quickly I would need a new camera that night.

The picture quality is excellent! I love the steady shot and the shutter speed has been able to take great pictures of family and friends in motion. I was originally hoping for a camera that took batteries, I can carry around AA’s easily and was worried that the battery would be a hassel. The battery life has worked wonderful (and believe me I used this camera a lot in the past week). It also takes a relatively short amount of time to charge which is nice.

Sony DSC-W350 14.1MP Digital Camera Review5
As most of the digital cameras from sony, the Sony DSC-W350 14.1MP Digital Camera is also a good product with some interesting features.
1. Size of the camera. Its almost like a phone that you can put in your pocket.
2. Sweep panorama mode where you can capture a wide area.
3. Zoom while taking a video.

Very good compact point and shoot4
I was looking for a small camera to keep with me when I didn’t want to lug my big and heavy pro grade DSLR, and I’m finding the Sony generally works out for me pretty well. It’s easy-to-use and relatively high performance for a compact point and shoot camera, and it’s capable of producing good images under a wide range of conditions when used properly.

I usually start my camera shopping by paying close attention to the lens, and the Sony comes with a Carl-Zeiss 4x zoom, biased towards the wide-angle end of the spectrum. I generally favor less zoom range if it means getting a higher quality picture, and this is exactly the approach Sony implements. Yes, you can get 5x – even 10x – zooms in camera like these, but in my experience, the sacrifice in image quality isn’t worth it. Sony’s 4x tends to mean I get pretty solid lens performance in a useful zoom range. To be clear, any DSLR with a good quality lens will beat the pants off the small lens on this sort of compact camera, but that’s the nature of the beast…besides, if I’m doing something where absolute best performance is a requirement, I’m carrying my heavy-duty DSLR and lenses that cost ten times what this Sony does – that’s not the mission I have in mind for the Sony anyway.

The Camera Standard5
I got this camera for $100. Tip: Buying black costs $10 more than the other colors, just buy silver.

Pros:
– Rubberized buttons
– Comes with a free plastic faceplate case (pretty much useless, but it’s the though that counts).
– 12.2mp
– 5x Optical Zoom
– Angled shoot button
– Auto settings

Cons:
– The screen is a tad bit slow
– You have to go all the way to menu to change the modes
– Don’t know yet…

The camera’s auto setting basically takes care of everything. It adjusts to whatever your taking a picture of, in the dark, someone’s face, or lots or movements. There is an icon that shows that it changed the setting automatically. Of course you can always go manual mode and choose yourself. Menu system is fun and flashy.

Zoom is great, much better than the standard 3x optical zoom the other cameras have. Picture quality is good in light, haven’t tried it in the dark yet.

Having more megapixels isn’t always better. It is the same case with this camera. It is all about the lenses, and this camera has decent lenses, too bad it doesn’t have schneider lenses.
